Cape Town Biodegradable Festival
The Cape Town Biodegradable Festival, the first of its kind worldwide, is an annual awareness music festival that educates the community about plastic alternative ‘biodegradable products’.
The goal of the festival is to influence consumers who use plastic daily to adopt a new lifestyle of using less plastic. They further aim to develop local entrepreneurs to stimulate green economic growth in South Africa.
The festival features a variety of music, a beer garden with food and drinks beer garden, a showcase of technology, an educational cinema screen, biodegradable products, and a kids’ zone with games.
