Octopus Garden

The house can sleep six in two internal bedrooms with a view and access to the pool as well as one more basic outside room with two beds at the back of the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a bath and the other two with a shower.

The house is tastefully decorated and the appliances (dish washer, washing machine, stove/oven etc) have all been recently purchased. We have full bouquet DSTV HD and are in the process of installing Wifi.

* There is a small pool on the sun deck and a pretty verandah with a small barbecue.
* There is a large garage with parking for at least two cars with a remote controlled gate.
* The house is a short walk away from Fisherman’s Beach which is one of the nicest swimming beaches on the bay.
* The Simon’s Town golf course is also a short walk away.
* The house is self catering but servicing can be arranged for an extra fee if desired.

RATES

Octopus Garden is available at a starting rate of 3000.00 per night depending on the length of stay and time of year.

A fully refundable breakage deposit of 3000.00 is also payable on arrival.
