To maintain our high standards of quality accommodation we have a number of practices which we implement to benefit all our patrons.
The accommodation is checked at the beginning of the season, however when there are so many changeovers on the same day, it is impossible for us to check all inventories. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could please check the inventory carefully on arrival and advise us within 24 hours of any breakages, shortages, missing items and\or appliances that are out of order.
Should you break anything or experience a theft during your stay, please advise our office immediately so that we can take the necessary steps.
In the interest of security, please ensure that the house\flat\townhouse is locked properly when you are out and that all windows and doors are securely closed.
Whilst you are occupying the accommodation you are fully responsible for the contents, so please take the necessary precautions.
* Check the inventory.
* Notify us of any breakages immediately.
* Lock the accommodation properly when going out and activate the alarm, if available.
* Lock all windows and doors and return keys to our office, at the BP Garage in Ramsgate or to the resident staff on departure.
* Please do not move furniture from one room to another, or from the accommodation.
